It feels good to be back at this comic thing again. I didn't realize how much I missed actually having a purpose to doing artwork on a regular basis.

I just returned from a pretty busy weekend in Harrisburg. My girlfriend's sister got married this weekend so I took a trip Friday night to attend the wedding. I had a very good time even though I didn't really know anybody. There were a couple of awkward situations presented to me, such as being expected to dance. I should probably make something clear about myself. Dancing is not my specialty. I am just a skinny white boy referred to as a cracker by some and I can only dance if there is a large monitor with flashing arrows presented on it. I think I did alright after I got over the initial "what the heck am i supposed to be doing" but that took about until the end of the reception anyway.

I've got a lot of stuff coming up so I'm pretty busy right now. My job is in its busy season, I've got a freelance project I'm currently working on plus I've been asked to attend a business party to do caricatures. Not sure if I'm going to do that or not... I really don't know how to do caricatures and I'm not sure if I'll have time to do reading on that before the party. And I'm of course doing this webcomic that no one really reads three times a week. Cool.

So, I'm working at Bucknell again. It's a blast. I wish I could work at Bucknell all day. Oh wait, I could, its mandatory overtime week for all the full-timers. Ha, ha! Suckers! It's good to be an underpaid, underappreciated, under benefited student worker!

The bad news is, all this not working overtime means something's gotta give for me to be able to upgrade the thunder lizard this summer. Yeah, the engine of the Amish Van, the Lamborghini Diablo that purrs under the surface of all of our efforts here is finally being unmasked as the Ford Model T that it truly is. I guess I'll have to give up on that iPod, and the trip to Vegas…
